HP's new inkjet printers are designed to offer basic networking for micro-business and home office.
HP introduced two new business-class Deskjet printers that are designed to offer high-volume paper capacity, laser-quality black text and long-lasting color graphics and photos with up to 4800 x 1200 optimized dpi color printing on premium photo papers and 1200 x 1200 input dpi imaging capability for the small office or home office. Realizing that many customers want to share a printer in a small office or home office, HP created the HP Deskjet 6127 with built-in ethernet networking.
In addition, the HP Deskjet 6122 and the HP Deskjet 6127 may offer a choice for customers who want to add a personal printer to the small office or home office wireless network with the optional HP JetDirect 380x. Optional HP JetDirect print accessories are sold separately and not included In addition. The HP Deskjet 6127 can also be added to a network using a wireless router.
The HP Deskjet 6122 and 6127 should offer efficient paper handling with automatic two-sided printing and optional 400-sheet combined paper capacity. An optional 250-sheet paper tray is sold separately and not included Additionally, the new printers feature 42-ml black inkjet print cartridges and optional 38-ml tri-color inkjet print cartridges. According to the company, the large 38-ml tri-color inkjet print should minimize the frequency of ink replacement.
