Features that include a front-facing webcam for video conferencing, support for Flash and availability on all four major carriers make Galaxy Tab a potential threat to iPad's tablet supremacy.

The iPad will always rank as the first wildly popular tablet, but that's not to say other mobile devices won't equal or even eclipse it. Heresy, you say? Maybe not, says Samsung. The Galaxy Tab offers a host of features not found on the iPad, and that promises to give Apple its first serious competition.

What do you call something smaller than a tablet? According to Samsung, it's just a tab -- and the company's Galaxy Tab is being buzzed about as the first genuine rival to Apple's iPad.
