Here's another awesome episode of Help! My Business Sucks! This week, entrepreneur and marketing maverick Andrew Lock debuts a new segment to help you save time and be more productive. You'll also hear about InfusionSoft, and how it can help you build continuity in your conversations with customers and prospects -- and put an end to drive-by marketing. I needed to buy some fireworks for a show that I produce, and I tried to find the company that I bought the fireworks from the last time – without success. I ended up buying them from another company. Lots of lessons here, but what do you think the company should have done to avoid losing my business? Let me know in the comments below.

Dave Crenshaw from GetTimeTips.com is a new regular guest on the show, and I know you’ll enjoy his superb, quick tips to help you get more time. Let me know if you enjoy it.

The resource of the week is from HammerTap. It offers a research tool that unquestionably gives you an unfair advantage when selling on eBay. I’ve been using it for years and I absolutely love it.

My guest is Clate Mask, CEO of Infusionsoft, the premier CRM system, which I use in my business. I ask Clate about the ups and downs of running a technology company, and he provides some useful insights for your small business.

Finally, the big marketing lesson is from Honda. I was in a Honda dealer recently, helping Luci to choose a new car, and I noticed the Honda marketing brochures. Can you guess what Honda does to make their marketing unique for each vehicle? I’ll show you, and then let you know how you can apply that marketing lesson for your business.

As usual, let me know your opinion about the topics covered in the show this week -- leave your comment below, it’s really easy to do.
