I signed up for a service called “Clear” which, for a modest fee, was designed to whisk travelers through the airport, avoiding the usual security bottlenecks. Just one problem – the company went out of business. My opinion on this is that they charged far too little (they under-valued their service), and they only had a single revenue stream, which is always a bad idea. I’ll share my story in this episode with you.
